网友agouau的下签信上说“如果在签证获批后的2年内离开这个职位，签证有可能会被取消”。但移民局网站上写的很模糊，好多处都没说是获签后。民间更是各种说法都有，所来来滴答论坛问问有没有人知道比较权威的说法？新来的小老板很操蛋，实在干不下去了，要不是PR的问题，早就摔桌子走人了，要是从获签后开始算的话，那还剩20个月，我都快疯了。要是从入职开始算马上就两年了，要是后者，我的生活还有个盼头，否则真是要死人了。

　　看了移民法，还是不清楚，这不是说（2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment）吗，还是说这个commence不是指实际的commence，而是签证要求的6个月内必须commence的commence？求靠谱的解释。

　　（2）The Ministermay cancel a regional sponsored employmentvisa held by aperson if：

　　（a）the Minister is satisfied that：

　　（i）the person commenced the employment referred to in there levant employer nomination（whether or not within the period prescribed by there gulations）；and
 
　　（ii）the employment terminated with in the period（there quired employment period）of 2 years starting on the day the person commenced that employment；and

　　（b）  the person does not satisfy the Minister that he or she has made a genuine effort to be engaged in that employment for the required employment period.
